Distinctive Cabernet Sauvignon flavours reminiscent of black berry and ripe plums enhanced with oak in this all natural 100% alcohol-free Grape Juice.
Grapes were harvested at optimum ripeness in the Olifantsrivier, Western Cape region and then destalked and crushed. Through Inah’s innovative Flash Dente system, the grapes are momentarily heated and flash cooled to extract their natural colours and flavours. The juice is then separated from the skins and cooled down. The juice is then clarified by means of filtration.
